Linklay plans are paid either monthly or annually. You can cancel whenever you wish to via your account settings. Your plan’s features will cease at the end of the period last paid for.

Yes. An annual plan gives you the equivalent of two free months each year.
If you cancel Linklay’s service or run out of views, and you have not removed your Linklay images from your website(s), your images will go through a downgrading sequence over a period of 6 weeks. More info here.
Yes! You may switch plans at any time. If you select a higher tiered plan, you will be charged immediately minus a pro-rata credit for any days left on the lowered tiered plan. If you downgrade from a higher tiered plan your account will be credited the pro rata amount left on your plan and you will be charged when the credit on your account is less than the monthly/annual fee.
